Our College Prep Program at Eleve Center for the Arts is designed for dedicated dancers who are interested in pursuing dance beyond high school, whether in college programs, on competitive teams, or in professional settings. This program focuses on refining technique, expanding versatility, and preparing dancers for auditions and higher-level training opportunities.

Dancers receive guidance in areas such as performance quality, artistry, audition skills, and goal setting, while continuing to strengthen their foundation across multiple styles. The program may include opportunities for solos, audition preparation, and mentorship to help dancers navigate the next steps in their dance journey.

Our College Prep Program equips dancers with the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to take their training to the next level.

Our Preschool Program at Eleve Center for the Arts is specially designed for young dancers who are ready to begin structured dance classes in a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment. We offer Ballet/Tap Combo and Acro classes that introduce foundational skills while encouraging creativity, coordination, and confidence.
These classes are a step beyond creative movement, providing more guided instruction while still being age-appropriate and imaginative. Dancers begin learning basic ballet positions, simple tap rhythms, and introductory acro skills such as balance, flexibility, and safe movement patterns. Each class is thoughtfully structured to build listening skills, classroom etiquette, and independence—important foundations for continued growth in dance.
Our Preschool Program helps develop motor skills, musicality, and confidence, all while fostering a love for movement and learning. During the summer, we also offer a Preschool Summer Sampler as part of our Summer Session—an excellent way for new dancers to try classes and experience all that Eleve has to offer

Our Ballet Program at Eleve Center for the Arts offers a structured and progressive training path designed to develop strong, well-rounded dancers from foundational levels through advanced technique. Spanning Ballet Levels 1–6, this program emphasizes proper alignment, strength, flexibility, and artistry while building a deep understanding of classical ballet.

Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles and focuses on graceful, controlled movement, posture, and technique. Dancers train at the barre (a stationary handrail used for support) and in the center of the room, learning skills such as turns, jumps, balance, and coordination. Through ballet, students develop strength, discipline, musicality, and body awareness—skills that benefit them in every style of dance and beyond.

As dancers progress through each level, they move from basic positions and vocabulary to more advanced combinations, increased flexibility and strength, and refined performance quality. Each level is thoughtfully designed to challenge and support dancers at their stage of development, ensuring steady growth and confidence. Our ballet program at Eleve Center for the Arts not only builds technical excellence but also instills grace, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for the art of dance.

Our Pre-Pointe Program at Eleve Center for the Arts is designed to prepare dancers for the transition to pointe work through focused strength, alignment, and technique training. This class is an essential step for ballet students, ensuring they develop the proper foundation needed to safely progress to pointe shoes.

In class, dancers work on strengthening the feet, ankles, and legs, while refining core stability, turnout, and overall body alignment. Exercises are carefully structured to build control, balance, and correct placement—key elements required for success in pointe.

Pre-pointe is typically taken alongside a regular ballet class and may require teacher recommendation, as dancers must demonstrate the necessary strength, technique, and maturity before advancing.

At Eleve Center for the Arts, our pre-pointe program prioritizes safe progression and proper development, helping dancers build confidence and readiness for the next stage of their ballet training.

Our Acro Program at Eleve Center for the Arts blends the strength and flexibility of gymnastics with the technique and artistry of dance. This unique style focuses on controlled, fluid movement while safely developing skills such as balances, flexibility, limbering, and tumbling.

In class, dancers work on proper technique, strength, and conditioning to support skills like cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, and more advanced acrobatic elements as they progress. Emphasis is placed on safe progressions, body control, and seamless transitions so that acro skills can be beautifully integrated into dance.

Our program is structured to support dancers at every level, beginning with foundational strength, coordination, and flexibility, and advancing into more complex tricks and combinations. Dancers build confidence, discipline, and body awareness while learning to execute skills with both power and grace.

At Eleve Center for the Arts, our acro program develops strong, versatile dancers who can combine athletic ability with artistic expression.

Our Jazz Program at Eleve Center for the Arts is a high-energy and dynamic style of dance that combines strong technique with performance quality and personality. Rooted in ballet technique, jazz incorporates sharp movements, turns, jumps, and expressive choreography set to upbeat, contemporary music.

Our program is designed to grow with each dancer, beginning with foundational skills and progressing into classical jazz technique, where dancers develop clean lines, strength, flexibility, and precision. As dancers advance into upper levels, they begin to explore street and commercial-style jazz, incorporating current trends, stylization, and performance-driven choreography.

In class, dancers focus on across-the-floor progressions, conditioning, and combinations that build both technical ability and stage presence. Emphasis is placed on musicality, confidence, and individuality, allowing dancers to develop their own unique performance style.

At Eleve Center for the Arts, our jazz program builds versatile, well-rounded dancers who are both technically strong and confident performers.

Our Hip Hop Program at Eleve Center for the Arts offers an energetic and engaging style of dance that focuses on rhythm, coordination, and personal style. Rooted in street dance, hip hop incorporates a variety of movements influenced by current trends, music, and freestyle expression.

In class, dancers build strength, musicality, and confidence while learning foundational grooves, footwork, and dynamic combinations. Emphasis is placed on timing, performance quality, and individuality, encouraging dancers to develop their own unique style while staying grounded in technique.

Hip hop classes are high-energy and fun, providing a great outlet for self-expression while improving coordination and stamina. As dancers progress, they are challenged with more complex choreography, sharper execution, and increased performance skills.

At Eleve Center for the Arts, our hip hop program creates a positive, encouraging environment where dancers can grow, build confidence, and fully express themselves through movement.

Our Lyrical Program at Eleve Center for the Arts blends the technical foundation of ballet with the expressive freedom of contemporary movement. This style focuses on storytelling through dance, allowing dancers to connect deeply to music and convey emotion through fluid, continuous movement.
In lyrical classes, dancers work on control, balance, and extension while exploring dynamics such as softness, strength, and musical interpretation. Movements often include turns, leaps, and floor work, all performed with an emphasis on seamless transitions and emotional expression.
Because lyrical relies heavily on technique, dancers are required to have prior dance experience and be enrolled in a ballet class to support their training and development.
As dancers progress, they develop greater artistry, performance quality, and the ability to connect authentically with both the music and their audience. Our lyrical program encourages dancers to move with intention, build confidence in their expression, and grow as both technicians and artists.

Our Tap Program at Eleve Center for the Arts offers a fun, rhythmic, and high-energy training experience that develops both musicality and technical skill. Designed for dancers of all levels, our tap classes focus on building a strong foundation while progressing into more complex rhythms, patterns, and performance quality.

Tap is a style of dance that uses the feet as percussion, creating sounds and rhythms through specialized tap shoes. Dancers learn how to control their footwork to produce clear, precise sounds while staying in sync with the music. This style helps students develop timing, coordination, and a strong sense of rhythm—skills that enhance every area of dance and performance.

As dancers advance, they move from basic steps and combinations to more intricate footwork, faster tempos, and layered rhythms. Our program also introduces elements of improvisation and musical expression, encouraging dancers to think creatively and develop their own style.

At Eleve Center for the Arts, our tap program builds confidence, precision, and performance ability while fostering a love for rhythm and movement.

Our Creative Movement Program at Eleve Center for the Arts is designed for our youngest dancers, offering a joyful introduction to movement, music, and imagination. This class focuses on exploration and play-based learning, helping children develop coordination, balance, and body awareness in a supportive and engaging environment.
Through music, storytelling, and creative activities, dancers are encouraged to move freely while beginning to understand basic classroom structure and listening skills. Creative Movement nurtures confidence, social interaction, and a love for dance, all while building important developmental skills appropriate for early childhood.
This program serves as the perfect first step into dance and prepares students for our Preschool Ballet/Tap Combo and Acro classes, where they will transition into more structured technique and skill development.
